Processing personal data of customers and suppliers
Personal data of customers and suppliers is processed by DierDorado for the following purposes:

- The hotel stay of your pet and after that for a maximum of 7 years (in financial administration only).
Processing personal data of DierDorado staff
Personal data of staff is processed by DierDorado for the following purposes:
- Executing labour agreement
Basis for the personal data:

For abovementioned purposes DierDorado has the right to ask your for the following personal data:

This personal data is saved for abovementioned processing for the duration of:
- The duration of the labour agreement and after that for a maximum of 7 years (in financial administration only).
Providing data to third parties
Personal data provided to us, may be passed along to third parties if necessary for executing abovementioned purposes.
Among other things we use third parties for:

Keeping internet and software up-to-date;

Financial administration;

Medical care of the pets (by the vet).
We never provide third parties with personal data if no processor agreement is issued. In a processor agreement we secure the rules concerning your personal data. Furthermore we will never provide third parties with your personal data unless legally required or permitted, for example if necessary in a police investigation. In such cases we will cooperate with the authorities and provide such information. Finally we can provide third parties with your personal data if given written approval.
Within the EU
We do not provide third parties with your personal data that are situated outside the EU.
Minors
We only process personal data of minors (under the age of 16) if given written approval by parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
Duration of storage
DierDorado will hold on to your personal data for the time needed to process those in relation to the goal they are provided for, or as long as is required by law.
